“I wanted to share my experience for my wife’s special birthday surprise meal. I contacted Corin and Liff who suggested a few meal combinations. My wife is Irish so they were most accommodating in altering and helping me put a meal together which included Lamb Shank and colcannon. They even baked me an Irish soda bread. Starters consisted of Crispy pork bites and had Apple Tart Tartin to finish with delicious home made clotted cream ice cream.

Ordering was easy and Corin helped with finalising the meal which was delivered on time. I was pleased to see the meals were all had colour coded labels with super easy heating and meal presentation descriptions which all helped to make the meal a special treat. Portion sizes were very generous and the meals were excellent quality which really made my wife’s birthday a day to remember.

“I would highly recommend Home Feast for a special occasion. Corin was brilliantly personable and very flexible during our consultation about a bespoke three course menu for my husband’s birthday. The cooking instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the colour coded stickers ingenious & fun. Loved the attention to detail with napkins, tea lights & a gorgeous locally made card for Alex. The food itself was utterly delicious with very generous portion sizes. Particularly recommend the scallop Bon Bons - they were truly scrumptious! Such a treat to have top restaurant food delivered to our door.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time and the food was fantastic! Thank you so much to you both for such a lovely meal. I don’t think we have any suggestions for improvements at all - everything was delicious and the instructions were fantastic - the colour code system is a great idea, and it was brilliant that everything could just be popped in the oven for 15-20 minutes or so. When my mum read the menu she commented that it couldn’t be more perfect - not realising it was developed for her - partially my mistake, but just proves how brilliantly you are able to tailor to your customers! Needless to say, she was thrilled and we all very much enjoyed it! We thought the portions were generous (particularly the cheesy dip for the prunes) as we had a whole bowl left over and everything was balanced perfectly so we had the right amount of each thing. Personally, I thought the baked prawns were a particular highlight - that garlicy sauce was incredible! Also, excellent suggestion on the grain/rice salad - it went brilliantly, and everyone commented on how nice it was, so thank you!
